Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. Every tool runs in your browser, on your device, so your images and their details (file names, location and camera data) are never sent anywhere. The background remover and the passport photo maker download an AI model to your browser the first time you use them; the model comes to you, and your photos never go the other way.
Is ImagePixo free?
Yes. Every tool is free, with no signup and no account, and your downloads have no watermark.
Is there a file size limit?
There’s no upload limit, because nothing is uploaded. Each image can be up to 50 megapixels (for example 8,000 x 6,000 px); for a larger one, the tools offer to shrink it first. The compressor takes up to 50 images at a time. Very large images and big batches depend on your device’s memory.
Which image formats are supported?
You can open JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, HEIC (iPhone photos), GIF, BMP and SVG files, and save them as JPG, PNG, WebP or AVIF. The passport photo maker also makes a print sheet as a PDF.
Does it work on my phone?
