Reporting a bug
A few details help us reproduce the problem:
- Browser and version, for example Chrome 130 or Safari 18.
- Device and operating system, for example an iPhone 15 on iOS 18, or a Windows 11 laptop.
- The tool: the page address, such as imagepixo.com/heic-to-jpg.
- The file type and roughly how large it is, in pixels and in MB.
- What you expected, what happened and any message the page showed.
Please don't send your images
We never need your image files. ImagePixo works in your browser, so we can't see them, and the details above are usually enough. If a bug only shows up with one particular file and you choose to send it, you can, but it is entirely up to you. Please don't send photos of other people or private documents.
