The service

ImagePixo (imagepixo.com) offers free online image tools that run in your browser. You do not need an account. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not promise that the tools will always work, be available, be error-free, or give a result that suits your purpose.

We may change, limit or stop any tool or the whole site at any time, and we do not owe you notice. The tools run on your own device, so results and speed depend on your browser and hardware.

Your images

Your images stay on your device. You are responsible for the images you process and for having the right to use, edit and convert them. Keep your own copy of anything important: always check a result and keep the original, because a tool may not produce what you expected.

Acceptable use

Do not use ImagePixo to:

• process, create or distribute unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• break the law or help someone else break it, including by altering an identity photo to deceive an authority;
• interfere with the site, overload it, or try to bypass its security;
• resell the service or present it as your own.

Passport photos

The passport photo maker helps you prepare a photo, and its checklist is a guide only. We cannot guarantee that any photo will be accepted. The U.S. Department of State decides whether a photo meets its requirements, and it can change them. Read the State Department's photo requirements before you apply, and check your finished photo against them. We are not responsible for a rejected photo or any delay or cost that follows.

Size guides

Our size guides, such as image sizes for social media platforms, were checked against each platform's own help pages in 2026. Platforms change their requirements without notice, so a guide may be out of date. Check the platform's current rules before you rely on a size. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the platforms we mention.

Intellectual property

The ImagePixo name and logo, the design of the site and our own code and text belong to us or our licensors, and these terms do not give you rights to them beyond using the site. The image tools rely on open source software and models under their own licenses. Your images remain yours. We claim no rights to them, and we never receive them.

Third-party links

Some pages link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ImagePixo and ImagePixo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the site, even if we were told they were possible. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to US $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts in Kanpur, Indiahave exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
